Refund Policy

We want you to have full confidence using TaskletPay. Please read this policy carefully to understand when refunds apply and how to request one.

1 Overview

At TaskletPay, we are committed to transparency. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we issue refunds for payments made on our platform. By making any payment on TaskletPay, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

2 Activation Fee — Non-Refundable

The one-time account activation fee of ₦1,000 is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee covers:

  • Identity and account verification costs
  • Access to the TaskletPay earning platform and task inventory
  • Platform infrastructure and administrative overhead
  • Permanent enabling of withdrawal capabilities on your account

Once your account is activated, the service has been rendered in full. No refund will be issued regardless of the reason for discontinuation.

3 Advertiser Campaign Deposits

Deposits made to fund advertising campaigns are non-refundable once a campaign has been created and activated. However:

  • Any unused campaign budget remains in your wallet balance and can be used for future campaigns.
  • If a campaign fails to launch due to a technical error on our end, your deposit will be returned to your wallet within 3–5 business days.
  • Requests for wallet balance withdrawals by advertisers are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact support.

4 Duplicate or Failed Payments

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction (e.g. a duplicate payment due to a network error), or if a payment was debited from your bank but not reflected on your account, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate or failed charge.

To initiate a claim for a duplicate or failed payment, please contact our support team with:

  • Your registered email address or username
  • The transaction reference number(s)
  • Your bank debit alert or screenshot as proof

Valid claims will be resolved within 5–10 business days.

5 Account Suspension or Ban

If your account is suspended or permanently banned due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. fraud, submitting fake proof, operating multiple accounts, or using bots), no refund will be issued for any fees paid, and any pending earnings will be forfeited.

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting our support team. We will review the case within 7 business days.

6 How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request for an eligible situation, send a message through our support portal with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following:

  • Full name and registered email
  • Nature of the refund claim
  • Payment proof / transaction reference

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 3–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7 Changes to This Policy

TaskletPay reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
