1 Acceptance of Terms

By access and use of TaskletPay (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2 User Accounts & Security

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Users are restricted to one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts or attempts to manipulate the system will result in permanent suspension without refund of any balances.

3 Account Activation

Certain features, including the ability to perform high-paying tasks and initiate withdrawals, require a one-time activation fee of ₦1,000. This fee is non-refundable as it covers account verification and initial platform overhead.

4 Payments, Earnings & Refunds

• Earner Payments: Earnings are credited upon manual or automated approval of task proof. TaskletPay reserves the final right of determination on the validity of any proof submitted.
• Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is determined by platform settings. Processing may be delayed during security audits of your account activity.
• Advertiser Deposits: Funds deposited for campaigns are non-refundable once a campaign has commenced. Any unused balance remains in your virtual wallet for future campaigns.

5 User Conduct

Users shall not upload fraudulent proof, use automated systems (bots) for task completion, or engage in any activity that harms the platform integrity. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user found in violation of these standards.

6 Third-Party Disclaimers

TaskletPay is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, or any other social media platform. You use this service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms against your accounts (including bans or shadow-bans) resulting from the use of our service.

7 Limitation of Liability

TaskletPay is provided "as is". We do not guarantee a specific income or a constant stream of tasks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskletPay shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of profits or data.

8 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
